Church Life

  • Vision and Mission Gatherings for Members

On May 15th at 6:30pm and May 16th at 10am, we will be gathering the church members together at the Westside Campus to hear about the church’s new vision, mission, values, and practices. Here we will talk about where we’ve been, where we’re going, and why you belong. Before we launch this to the community, we wanted to create time for members of the church to hear it first. Please make sure to sign up so that we can be ready for you at either of these gathering times. We created two so that we can reach every one of our members. If your new or an attendee and not a member but interested in knowing where we’ve been, where we’re going and why you belong, make sure to sign up for our Welcome Lunch on May 19th.

  • Welcome Lunch

On Sunday, May 19th, at the Westside Campus, we will be hosting our first ever Welcome Lunch for those interested in membership, baptism, or just wanting to know more about the church. Here you will meet with Pastor Trey and Church Council Chair, Janie Lampo, as they talk about where we’ve been, where we’re going, and why you belong. Make sure to sign up and let us know who all is coming so that we can provide the best hospitality possible. We look forward to seeing you at this event that has the power to change your life!

  • Circles

This is the primary way we make disciples that imitate Jesus. We have Circles that meet at different times, days, and frequencies.

  • Daily Prayer Rhythm

As a community, we form ourselves around the Lord’s prayer, the prayer of Jesus, daily. We pray it three times a day, morning, midday, and evening.

  • Fasting

As part of the Wesleyan tradition, we carry out the practice of fasting once a week. The Wesleyan fast is on Wednesdays or Fridays until 3pm. If you cannot fast from food due to medical reasons, practice abstinence from media or some sort of rhythm that is consistent in your life. The practice of fasting and abstinence is to draw us towards humility and obedience. It helps us to carry our crosses the way that Jesus carried his.

  • Sabbath

As a community, we are encouraged to take 24 hours to stop, rest, delight, and worship from Saturday dinner to Sunday dinner. We encourage Saturdays nights for friends and Sunday nights for family. On Sunday mornings, we gather as a community for one of our worship services. This gives us an opportunity to be human beings and not human doers.
